Class 1 & 2 thoroughly enjoyed their ‘flying high’ experience today. We were busy choosing our destinations, checking in our bags, creating our own passports to bypass tough security and boarding the plane. A fantastic start to our topic. Watch this space for more learning!
During today’s Science lesson, we looked into being more energy efficient. We went on a learning journey with Wilber the Penguin to find out what a smart energy reader was and how it can help us at home.
We even looked at some top tips on how to save energy at home and I would love to see you comment on how you have done so over the weekend and during the week.
The children have been given a leaflet for a competition they can enter which has some amazing prizes. If you would like me to scan the entries and email them I can do that if you send them back to me. The closing date of the competition is Thursday 12th January. I look forward to seeing their work.
